Before me, my father's and mother's families were Catholic. And they were originally from Ireland. They immigrated to the United States, but my father and mother did not attend church. And I was born there in the mountains, in a small wooden cabin, without a floor, only dirt. We—we didn't have a—a table. Dad had cut a stump in half, or rather a log, and made a table out of it. We didn't have a lamp. We put grease in a box, and we put—a piece of cloth in it to burn like a wick. The house had no windows, except for a small door that we opened. This man said that the mechanical eye of the camera could not capture psychology. And he's the one—one of the heads of the FBI [Federal Bureau of Investigation]. And he's right. He said, "The light hit the target."
